By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder of the phone number you provide to use our Services. By providing a number, you represent you are the subscriber or authorized user.

3. Services & Subscriptions

Tendrill provides portfolio-aware alerts, market insights, and account/security messages via SMS/RCS. Services may include free and paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees, billing terms, and cancellation details are provided at the point of purchase and may change with notice.

5. Account Connections via Plaid

If you choose to connect financial accounts, we use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to securely access account information. By connecting, you agree that Plaid's terms and privacy policy apply to their processing of your data. We receive read-only financial data (e.g., balances, holdings, transactions) to generate insights. We do not receive or store your bank login credentials and cannot move or hold funds.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and comply with all laws. You will not misuse the Services (e.g., reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse messaging systems).

Tendrill owns all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including content, design, and technology. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tendrill and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from or related to use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion for violation of these Terms or misuse. You may terminate by ceasing use and unsubscribing from messages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.
